The addition of an 6’ x 12’ Abrasive Water Jet to our shop now allows us to cut through metals, composites, glass, stone, rubber, gasket material, and ceramics up to 8 inches thick. Your material retains all original properties without mechanical or heat stress. Precision parts can be produced with a high quality sand blasted edge and tolerances of +/- .005 inch or better. The speed and accuracy of the water jet greatly increases productivity and reduces material waste, which ultimately increases your overall profitability. |
